I aim to deliver workshops that are practical, informative, energising and fun!
Each week there will be approaches to technique and developing skills in acting.
It can be daunting to step out of your comfort zone but it can also be liberating. All we ask is that you join us with an open mind and a generous spirit.

At The Actors Hut we explore acting by being in the moment and learning more about who you are in those moments and what you have to offer. I work with improvisation and text using acting techniques that will help you to develop your knowledge and skills.
We are running regular workshops at St John's Methodist Church in Whitley Bay and Brunswick Methodist Church in Newcastle.

These workshops are for anyone who is interested in acting and wants to learn about acting techniques and for those who want to continue to practice their skills. The focus is on having a fun and engaing experience where we learn from each other and gain an understanding of different methodologies and practices. We explore tried and tested techniques to lift the text off the page for character development and storytelling.
